Bradley Stoke’s Tesco store is suffering one or two glitches from a lightning strike two weeks ago!
The hit, on the petrol station at the district centre, caused fuel gauges to ‘forget’ how much was in the tank.
Apparently it caused “thousands of pounds of damage” to equipment which is only just getting back to normal.
On Monday afternoon staff were locking up some of the unleaded pumps because of the problem.
Oh well, at least the petrol there is now 89.9p/litre.
