The Evening Post reports that Bradley Stoke is Bristol’s hot spot for first time buyers.

The newspaper quotes a report by The Royal Bank of Scotland which says BS32 is second in the South West only to Tiverton. Countrywide we are rankedĀ in 16th position.

Andrew Price, from Ocean Estate Agents in Bailey’s Court, told the Post: “One of the key factors with Bradley Stoke is that people buy their one or two bed starter home and when they look for more space and are starting families, they stay in the area but upgrade to three or four bedroom homes.

“A high percentage stay in the area, because it is so well located for rail networks, motorways and where they work.”

One of the couples who have recently moved to the area said the proposed town centre was also a big pull.
