A 23-year-old man has been injured after attemping to break up a fight outside the Three Brooks pub in Bradley Stoke.
Two fight took place between 11.30 and 11.50pm on Saturday, 17 March, according to Avon & Somerset Police.
Officers say the two men involved in the confrontation had a small child with them.
The constabulary is appealing for witnesses to the incident to come forward.
