Are you proud of of the contribution you or somebody else makes to the Bradley Stoke community? If you are, then you could nominate them for an award.
Pride in Bradley Stoke will see three winners rewarded for their efforts at a ceremony in June.
The winners of the Good Neighbour Award, the Community Award and the Youth Award will receive vouchers, together with a certificate and commemorative shield from the Mayor and Richard Angwin from BBC Points West at a Civic Reception.
You’ll have to hurry to get your entry in, though, as it needs to be with the town council before the end of the month.
You can enter electronically: you will need to download the details and email it to the address provided on the form.

The Bradley Stoke Examiner is sponsoring the Youth Award, Bradley Stoke Matters is supporting the Community Award and Bradley Stoke Town Council is sponsoring the Good Neighbour Award. The awards will be presented on June 9.
