The next meeting of the Bradley Stoke Small Business Forum will focus on whether your business listens to its customers.
Nick Wood of Confidential Counselling will show how listening skills can benefit your business.
The meeting will also discuss objectives for the group for 2008 and feature time to network with other Bradley Stoke business people.
The meeting takes place on Monday, 14 January from 6.30pm at Pitman Training Centre, Pear Tree Road.

I am a regular to this, and wanted to say it was great. It would be brilliant if more small businesses and self employed people would like to attend to find out more about the group, which provides great support.
