Bradley Stoke Examiner improvements

Written by Chris (editor) on Sunday January 13th, 2008 at 7:06 pm

We’ve made some improvements to the Bradley Stoke Examiner - and we’d love to hear what you think.

We have ditched the more ‘traditional’ newspaper layout and taken on an easier-to-read blog style.

Now you can read all the latest news on one page or narrow down your interest by using the ‘tag cloud’.

We’ve made it easier to get involved in the stories by showing which posts are prompting conversation.

And you can also navigate to other popular sections of the website, such as the forum and in pictures section, by clicking the menu at the top of the page.

We’re currently tweaking the layout and adding more links to other Bradley Stoke websites.

What do you think of the new look? Is there anything you would like to see changed? Or do you love the new look? Add your comments.

liking the new look site, only grumble is the cloud tag is a little jumbled and not easy to read.

Thanks Caroline … need to sort back through the past 300 posts and tag them properly so might look a little odd for a few weeks. Glad you like, though!

In fact, I managed to retag it all quickly, so the tag cloud (now ‘hot topics’) should look a lot more readable now. Hope that helps!
