Local charity St Peter’s Hospice is to open a new shop in Bradley Stoke next month.
The shop, which will be in the Bailey’s Court complex, is the 48th opened by the chain.
Managers of the store are now appealing for volunteers to staff it once it opens on February 16.
If you want to give time to the worthy cause contact Saffron Chapman, the operations manager, on 07793 606 197.
St Peter’s hospice is the only adult hospice in Bristol and is celebrating 30 years of providing specialised care to local people.
The charity cares for people with incurable cancer and other life limiting illnesses.
Ms Chapman added: “St Peter’s Hospice is the first charity shop to open in Bradley Stoke so we are hoping that the local community will really get behind us and make it a big success.
“We really need local people to help run the shop alongside our managers and also donate any unwanted items to ensure we have good range of goods available.
“We can accept a variety of things including clothing, shoes and accessories as well as bric a brac, books, CDs and DVDs.”
