A Facebook group dedicated to Bradley Stoke’s Rabbit Roundabout – first made famous by this website – has attracted almost 500 members.

Rabbit Roundabout is home to a family of bunnies who live in the foliage in the middle with traffic from Winterbourne Road, Bradley Stoke Way and Great Stoke Way whizzing past them.
The area on Facebook was set up by Helen Parish, who told the Examiner the group was the first she has ever set up on the site.
“I started the group as I was surprised that there wasn’t one already. I just figured it’s one of those things that is really rare and seems to be really well appreciated by everyone who has seen it.
“The daffodils may look nice but they’re hiding the rabbits. I’m hoping they’ll do what rabbits do and we’ll get some baby bunnies out there soon!”
Well, fret not Helen, the Examiner was taking new pictures of Rabbit Roundabout today, and we spotted at least three bunnies out there …
If you want check out the Facebook group click here (requires registration) or you can see pictures of Rabbit Roundabout (new ones added 5 March) here.
Don’t forget, The Bradley Stoke Examiner also has a dedicated area for Rabbit Roundabout which you can find at www.sadlybroke.com/rabbitroundabout

I love Bunny Roundabout. I go past there with my family several times a day.
We think it’s great that people feed the rabbits. However, PLEASE would you REMOVE the plastic wrappers from the food BEFORE you leave it there as this can harm or kill the rabbits.
Thank you.

I have adored rabbits since I was 3. I have my own 2 rabbits but unluckily, along with the dissapearence of these rabbits, one died. I am hoping to see the rabbits on the roundabout atleast one more time. The small timid creatures bring joy to our souls while sitting in the blooming, surrounding meadow. I found out about this place in the newspaped. I think we should all try our best to find out what has happened to the beautiful wildlife at rabbit roundabout.
