More rubbish has been dumped in the pond at Jubilee Green less than a month since members of the community helped clean it out.
The pond was cleared by a team of volunteers at the end of May, but between Sunday night and Monday morning more rubbish has been fly-tipped there.
According to the Bradley Stoke Activity Centre manager, John Rendell, several duvets, matresses and builders’ rubble has been dumped there.
Unfortunately the area around the pond is not covered by the CCTV from the Jubilee Centre.
“We’ve got nine cameras which cover the centre and car park,” John explained. “But the pond is over the far side. We can’t see where it backs on to the road.”

That looks like the contents of a skip which was in the field behind the where the bouncy castle was during the festival. Is the skip still there?

How sad!
Is it worth having a CCTV camera put there to see if you can catch fly-tippers?
