Written by Chris (editor) on Wednesday July 16th, 2008 at 6:28 pm

Bradley Stoke fish and chip shop The Frying Machine has joined national chain Deep Blue and had a makeover.

The store, based alongside Aldi on Ferndene, will now feature blue and white decor and chalk board menus.

Fish will be sourced from “well-managed stocks” and potatoes will be “freshly-peeled and chipped” at the shop each day.

Deep Blue founder James Low said: “We are delighted to be able to offer Bradley Stoke residents fish and chips made from the best possible ingredients.”

The shop will be open 12pm-2pm and 5.30pm-9.30pm between Monday and Saturday, on Sunday it will be open 5pm-8.30pm.

Deep Blue will also continue with The Frying Machine’s gluten-free programme on the first Saturday of each month between 2.30pm-6pm.
