A man has been assaulted and racially abused by a gang of youths while riding his bike in Bradley Stoke.
Police say the attack took place on Saturday, July 26 while the victim was riding with his son over a footbridge on Bradley Stoke Way.
A member of the gang, thought to be made up of three white males, then pushed him off his bike before abusing him and attacking him.
The man was not seriously hurt in the incident but was “left shaken”. Police are appealing for witnesses to the attack to come forward.
A week before the this attack, another man was hurt nearby after an assault on The Common East.
