A long-rumoured Subway store will open alongside Ladbrokes, shoe store Brantano, Ladbrokes and Westworld, says The Bradley Stoke Journal.

This brings the current full list to:

  • Tesco Extra
  • Costa Coffee
  • KFC
  • Subway
  • Greggs
  • Nationwide Building Society
  • Carphone Warehouse
  • Reflections Hairdressing
  • Shoe Zone
  • Brantano
  • 02
  • Ladbrokes
  • Westworld

As well as the shops a dental surgery is due to open alongside relocated offices for Bradley Stoke Town Council.

The centre is due to open on Monday, 13 October 2008 at 9am.

A good selection of stores arriving but a little strange to have an o2 and carphone warehouse. Hopefully it will stop there, we don’t want to see stores from Orange, 3 and Vodafone appearing too!

Nationwide – brilliant! I’m fed up with trekking to Westbury or Broadmead

Thanks Chris. Just worried I’d be missing out on those Pasties

Well, there you go, all national chains, not a local store among them. Our very own Cribbs Causeway!

I still can’t believe Bottelino’s have jumped at the chance to get a resaturant in Bradley Stoke – the Emerson’s Green restaurant is always crammed to the rafters – and rightly so!

(sorry – “haven’t” jumped at the chance)

It’s a pity that Tesco don’t realise that they’re NOT in Bristol, but in South Gloucestershire.

Worth the wait of 17 years!!! Please put seating and rubbish bins around the square. Well designed Tesco, hope for better quality fruit and veg.
