A new building could be built at the Vantage Business Park if plans for offices are approved by South Gloucestershire Council.

The plot – on the corner of Winterbourne Road and Old Gloucester Road – would feature a three storey building.

The land is currently vacant but is alongside a plot for another building which has planning permission but is yet to be built.

Extra car, motorbike and cycle parking would also be built for the business park.

It is likely a decision over the office block will be made by April.

Meanwhile, a firm currently on the business park has applied for permission to erect an illuminated sign there.

Oasis Healthcare, which provides specialist dental care, wants to put Oasis House on the front of their premises.
