Permission for a new office block at the Vantage Business Park is likely to be granted by South Gloucestershire Council.

Plans for the building were submitted to the district council back in January.

The plot – on the corner of Winterbourne Road and Old Gloucester Road – would feature a three storey building.

The land is currently vacant but is alongside a plot for another building which has planning permission but is yet to be built.

Extra car, motorbike and cycle parking would also be built for the business park.

An outline decision by planners, which has yet to be to confirmed by councillors, recommends permission be granted.
