Bradley Stoke’s mobile cleaning operative takes to the streets

David Dace with mayor Robert Jones

Bradley Stoke’s new mobile cleaning operative, David Dace, has started work to make the town’s street tidier.

Mr Dace, whose role is being funded by the town council, will work for 16 hours per week.

The position was created following an increase in litter around Bradley Stoke – a subject The Bradley Stoke Examiner has been highlighting.

The post has cost the council almost £6,000 – which also includes paying for the hire of a van.
