So who or what were the fire service searching the bushes on the Dewfalls green for on Saturday night about 9.30pm then?

The fire brigade were around because some of the lovely young people from this area set light to the bushes in Dewfalls Drive and also to someone’s front door in The Pasture. I called them. I also called the Police, and when I told the fire fighter who came to my door, he laughed and said “good luck with that!”. The Police are even laughed at by the other emergency services. That says a lot really. I did get a card from the PCSO pushed through my door on Monday though. Only 50 hours after I called 999.

Sorry, I’ve been a little unfair. It was only 40 hours.
