Also tried TalkTalk and they told me that they can guarantee 2Mb but when the order confirmation came through it had changed to 800Kb!

Just looking at other broadband options as my current Madasafish contract finishes soon. O2 and BE unavailable due to distance issues from Filton exchange!
Will still wait to see outcome of VM rollout.

The leaflet suggests emailing Cablemystreet@virginmedia.com which doesn’t work, the emails just bounce. You need to email cablemystreet@virginmedia.co.uk as mentioned in the story above. It looks like you may need to send some new leaflets out.

When are these leaflets being “dropped” i haven’t seen one yet, unless it was put straight into the recycling bag without me seeing?
