It was 11:30, I was on my own that night. My little dog started growling at the door and I saw the door being tried and his hand at the letter box. I could see the guy throough the view hole, but couldn't make out the features. My dog bit his fingers and he left. The police did come out, but weren't all that concerned. They did say it's common for thievess to go through the letter box with hooks etc. I didn't sleep that night. This almost happened to us some time ago. It was 11:30, I was on my own that night.
