Happy Birthday us! Examiner is one year old

June 14th, 2007 · 2 Comments

The Bradley Stoke Examiner, the town’s number one news & information website, is celebrating its first birthday.

And the site has also celebrated its most successful week with coverage of the Bradley Stoke Festival.

Hits for our coverage of the event registered at more than 40% higher than our previous peak in April 2007.

The past year has seen many exclusives for the website including stories which have gone on to feature in the local press.

Editor Chris Kelly said: “It’s been a great year for Bradley Stoke which has seen the website and the town grow up hand-in-hand.

“When the Examiner launched we were the only community website in the town and we’re pleased to have broken so many exclusives.

“The next year will see lots of changes in Bradley Stoke and we’ll be here to cover this new era for the town.”
