A reader of The Bradley Stoke Examiner has compiled a shocking dossier of litter in the town following our appeal earlier in the week.

The catalogue of images shows the area around Bailey’s Court strewn with rubbish – some even around the bottom of a litter bin.
The pictures follow the news that Bradley Stoke Town Council is thinking of employing a mobile cleaning operative.
We asked for readers to e-mail their photos of litter problems in their area – and a reader who wishes to remain anonymous – sent in the selection of more than 40 images.
Some photographs shows bottles, carrier bags and wrappers on the roadside near the south Bradley Stoke shopping area.
In others you can see alleys with hedges stuffed with litter and, shockingly, a bin with waste strewn around its base.
If you have images of litter problems in your area you can email them to news@sadlybroke.com
Bradley Stoke Town Council could make a decision over funding for the cleaning post at a meeting later this month.

A mobile cleaner could be in operation in Bradley Stoke soon if the town council signs off the £,6000 cost.
But has the litter problem in Bradley Stoke got so bad that we need to spend our taxes a cleaner?
One worried resident contacted us saying areas around Bailey’s Court were becoming “strewn” with rubbish.
And fly-tipping in the Jubilee Green pond has become an issue which has seen teams of volunteers giving time to clean it up.
We would like to hear what the situation is like in your part of the town. Are the streets clean and litter free or has your area been blighted by rubbish?

More rubbish has been dumped in the pond at Jubilee Green less than a month since members of the community helped clean it out.
The pond was cleared by a team of volunteers at the end of May, but between Sunday night and Monday morning more rubbish has been fly-tipped there.
According to the Bradley Stoke Activity Centre manager, John Rendell, several duvets, matresses and builders’ rubble has been dumped there.
Unfortunately the area around the pond is not covered by the CCTV from the Jubilee Centre.
“We’ve got nine cameras which cover the centre and car park,” John explained. “But the pond is over the far side. We can’t see where it backs on to the road.”

Fly tipping in Bradley Stoke is the latest problem being highlighted by The Evening Post – but have you actually seen any dumped rubbish?
The paper quotes one resident – from Oaktree Crescent in the north of the town – saying people were dumping rubbish during the night.
Certainly near Examiner HQ, at the other end of town, no problems have been noted and this publication has received no complaints.
So where is this mysterious rubbish? Report in, Examiner readers!
It’s also worth noting the problems are being blamed on restrictions at the Sort It centre on Station Road. These restrictions are not in place at the facility in Yate for those who are able to drive a few miles further.
