Letterbox key theft leads to cars being taken from drive

A Bradley Stoke resident is warning of the dangers of leaving keys near front doors after two cars and a van were stolen.
Thieves unscrewed the letterbox of on a house near Bailey’s Court, in the south of the town, and used a hook to steal the car keys.

Trio are hurt in “racially motivated” assault

Three Asian men in Bradley Stoke have been assaulted in broad daylight in an incident police are describing as “racially motivated”.
The incident took place on Wednesday, 5 March at around 4.30pm when the trio, aged between 23 and 31, were walking along The Beeches, near the Jubilee Centre.

Teen in hospital after gang assault

A teenager is seriously ill in hospital after an assault on New Road, Stoke Gifford, on Friday.
The boy was found after police were called to reports of a group attacking several others at 11.15pm.
Two teens were taken to nearby Frenchay Hospital - a 15-year-old remains there with serious injuries.
